interface changes

There seems to be a little instability in the webspirs 5 system, possibly 
because we're making a certain amount of changes in the administrative 
setups.  Hopefully, the instability will settle down.

One of the odd hiccups I've seen is that sometimes we get the long labels 
that Julie, Andy and Emily have asked for and other times they go 
poof.  WHEN they go poof, it seems to be at the same time that SDI 
capability disappears.

FYI -- the administrative module doesn't seem to permit much administrating 
other than changing the way the menu of databases appears and setting up 
linking options (like SFX).  So all the other changes we want -- logout 
screen, complete record default for download, etc. have to go to the 
support group at OVID Technologies for implementation -- nothing 
instantaneous, I'm afraid.

Andy.  You seem to be alone on your desire for your number 3,
Change default fields to display to include:
Abstract (AB)
Language (LA)
Conference Details (CD)
Descriptors (DE)
Fields with Hits (*H)

so I haven't asked for it yet.  If you want to lobby others to your point 
of view, please do so.  Unfortunately, this kind of change is all databases 
or none on the interface.
