Do other have objections to including these fields?  I think users prefer
to have as much relevant information up front as possible, without having
to click to another screen.  I suspect some people don't bother to go to
the full record and therefore don't realize they can read an abstract.  I
like including fields with hits because I have times when users ask why a
certain record was retrieved when their keywords did not appear.  When I
set these options it didn't seem to make the initial display unreasonably
long.  Descriptors and conference details are currently displaying in
INSPEC--I guess because Kim had SP revert to the defaults for the previous
version.
