Ladies and gents.  I've finally been sent some information I was waiting on 
to help me dive in to the administrative changes that you've started 
requesting.  I'll see if I can set aside time to do the changes this week.

At the same time, Silverplatter told me that (contrary to information they 
supplied about a year ago) they are now recommending that we NOT use the 
alias "yale" in our urls in place of our customer number.  So the urls I 
sent out just recently need to be updated as follows.  Sorry -- at a least 
we weren't live using them yet...
