I've received word back from Ovid Technologies (I guess we're going to have 
to get used to calling them that.) that they made my initial two changes, 
and I've confirmed them.

We now logout to our own url and when someone wants to save, all the fields 
of the record are going to save.

I just now requested the final item from Andy's list (#3) with all the 
additional fields including LA to display on our initial results 
screen.  Will let you all know when that's in place.

Then, you'll just need to decide when to bring each of your databases live 
in version 5.
