Re: interface changes

This is a tough sell!  Language is only one line.  I would like to see it
as a default because sometimes users assume that if the title and abstract
are presented in English, that the article will also be in English, which
is not always the case.  Better they know this up front rather than after
going throught the effort of getting the article (including perhaps staff
effort in ordering the article through ILL).
