Actually, it is correct. SilverPlatter can't produce a link to the way
Orbis on the Web (CrossPlex) requires the ISSN to be entered. So, we're
still using the old WebPac as the place to link to from SilverPlatter. I
informed spyul-list a while back of the situation:

No one on spyul-list responded or suggested we drop the link altogether
until a fix could be found.
I've been having discussions with Fred Martz and Karen Reardon about ways
to "redirect and reconfigure" incoming requests with ISSNs with hyphens and
with nospace in them, since there are several vendors that we could have
Orbis links from if we could do that. So far, that action hasn't risen to
the top of the pile of things to do.
