O.K.  When using the Java version (WebSpirs 4), you will now see options
associated with SDI searches.  One is "Load History" (re-running previously
saved searches).  The other (after having done a search and while returned
to the search mode) is "Save History".

More info can be found in the Help file under "Working with Your Search
Results" -->"Using your Search History" and "Using SDIs".

I have requested that the SDI feature be turned on in SilverPlatter.  The
Alerts feature will also be turned on, but requires an administrative
password and special URL for the creation of the Alerts.  These things will
be sent to me shortly, and then I will redistribute to any of you that
wants to set up these "Master-Generic-SDI Alerts"  Once the ordinary SDI
feature is available tomorrow(?) or shortly thereafter, any user will be
able to create SDIs.
