Re: Don't link to 5.0 publicly yet because...
Having scrambled to get my note out to you all as quickly as possible, I
then went digging for our old SP license in the official files. Whereupon
I discovered that the old license (signed in the days before Ann arrived at
Yale) was just as bad.
This says to me two things -- one Andy is on the right track in saying that
until the suddenly appearing license mess is resolved, we might as well not
run around like chickens with our heads cut off and flip flop urls.
Two -- I need to get into a serious discussion with SP regarding revising
the license from its ancient (bad) form and at the same time seeing whether
we can straighten out the click-through issue to our satisfaction.
End analysis -- go ahead and use the 5.0 links if you so desire.
