survey coming?

Carol Jones just sent me a survey warning she received via e- mail.  Don't 
know how many of you may get this, but did want to warn you all.  If Carol 
is the only one at Yale to get this survey, is anyone interested in filling 
it out?  Carol, having moved to Document Delivery has suggested that she no 
longer really is any position to comment on our customer relationship with 
either OVID or SilverPlatter.
