As you may already have heard, Wolters Kluwer, the parent company of Ovid
Technologies, has reached an agreement to acquire SilverPlatter.  Pending
regulatory approval, we anticipate that the acquisition will close shortly.

We could not be more excited about this opportunity and the advantages it will
bring to customers.  With a wide range of complementary offerings and
compatible functionalities, SilverPlatter and Ovid together will create an
unparalleled resource for scientific, academic and medical information.  

We will continue to support both the Ovid and SilverPlatter platforms as we
work to identify many ways that this acquisition can benefit customers.  We
