Fwd: SilverPlatter's WebSPIRS v3.1 & v4.3

While they don't say they are yet withdrawing support for Webspirs 3 (our
old web version),  I think we all should see this as the beginning of
handwriting on the wall.  Think about how you want to start easing users
onto 4.3 (java version)...
