Fwd: WebSPIRS 4.3 Beta Welcome

We may already be too late to participate in this, thanks to my overflowing
email box, but in case we're not, I thought I'd run this by you.  The
impression I get is that the "new" 4.3 interface isn't all that much
different from our current "java" version.

If anyone feels strongly and has the time on their hands to investigate the
beta test, let me know in the next couple of days, and I'll see whether we
are even still able to participate.
