SilverPlatter default field addition

I have another request for a change in the SilverPlatter default field
display. I would like to add Conference Details (CD). In the case of some
conference records, like the two examples below, the source field displays
an umbrella series name for conferences on a variety of specific topics.
We catalog these conferences by the specific name, but currently that name
does not appear in the default view. Adding this field will not alter the
display for articles in journals.

Any objections? Kim is checking to see whether this is possible.

Abstract
     A simply-structured high-level smart controller called a "supervisor",
