de now in default display

Based on the requests from several of you for having the descriptor appear
in the default display for our SilverPlatter files, I have requested that
change and it has now taken place.

Please take a look at displays in your own files and let me know if there
are any problems.

The default should be changed both in the older Web versions and the newer
Java versions of SP.
