SP server status page

SilverPlatter has a server status page (similar to the local Yale server
status page) that tells you whether a particular server is up (or down) if
you get access complaints.

Please also feel free to contact me to report access problems to
SilverPlatter, if desired, to get a time-estimate for service reactivation.
