old URL died

I just sent out a message to YULIB explaining that the old URL for GPO,
OSH-ROM, and POPLINE has become invalid (it now asks for a password) and
providing the new 3.1 URL that I already sent out to this list that lists
all the databases.  

I just wanted to let you all know, that SilverPlatter didn't warn me
specifically that this was going to happen (they asked if there was any
problems moving the files under a different customer number...), so I in
turn couldn't warn the rest of you this was about to happen.  Sigh!  the
best laid plans...

Kudos to Faith for discovering the problem.
