Fwd: New URLs

For those who had asked if we could have URLs that would list *ALL* Yale's
SilverPlatter databases for possible cross-searching, here they are.

The next thing (and we are almost there) is to make sure that each file
also has a URL that can reach that individual database.  In 3.1, they will
go (do go) to an intermediate page with a click here button.  In 4.0, the
URLs will be constructable, and will go directly to the "search" page for
each database.
