webspirs 5 direct urls for testing

O.K. Silverplatter interface people.  As hopefully you all remember from
before break, we now have access to the new version of Webspirs (5.0).  At
first it appeared that we wouldn't have to change our urls, but instead
just designate a time to have our current urls redirected to the new
version.  This is NOT the case.  However, there is a positive aspect to
this.  You may examine the new interface at your leisure for YOUR
particular database, and when you are satisfied (have your help guides,
training info, etc. ready) change/add the urls in dbow so that the public
starts seeing the new version.

3.1 and 4.0 versions will not remain indefinitely, so don't take forever to
examine and move.  There are a certain amount of changes that can be made
to the interface in an administrative module.  Ask, if there's something
you'd like to change.  I recommend that you ask on this list, so others can
comment about whether they'd like that change or not.  And then I'll need
to learn how/whether it is possible to make the change in the admin mode,
which is also new.
