spam messages

Hey gangs.  It looks like the spammers have discovered both ovidyul and
spyul lists.  Unfortunately, these are pantheon lists, not "real" listproc
lists, so there's no way to block messages from off-list.  I'm keeping an
eye on things, and if we keep getting these problematic messages, I'm going
to talk to the official listmasters at Yale about moving both ovidyul and
spyul to "real" list status, which could then be set to reject messages
from non-list folks.

We'll see if this is necessary.
