SilverPlatter browser requirements



In a message Kim forwarded some time ago (see below), SilverPlatter
technical support noted that WebSpirs 4.X uses Javascript and not Java, so
our database description pages indicating "java version" are not really
accurate.  Below are the minimal requirements for the new version 4.3,
again from SP tech. support:

It looks like the main reason to keep the link to SP v.3.1 is that it works
with Windows 3.1.  Perhaps if we keep links to both versions on our pages,
we should drop the "java version" note and indicate instead that the older
version is for Windows 3.1 users.
