Re: SilverPlatter default change suggestion
Sounds good to me. The only drawback I can see would be that it might change
the default for downloading from short labels to long labels--something that
might mess up people popping their citations into endnote. Endnote needs the
short labels to process the records. But the user can change the option back to
short labels when downloading if they know to do so.
But this said, i imagine the number of people using stuff like endnote and
reference manager is small compared to the number that use the databases and
would benefit from more understandable field names.
