SDI on silverplatter

For those of you who noticed that the SDI option for SilverPlatter had
disappeared, it is now back.

If you encounter more problems, let me know.

P.S.  I now have the capability to create system-wide ALERTS (similar to
SDI's but on a broad subject that anyone can subscribe to.)

I haven't played with it yet, but if you're eager let me know.  We can
expand the "administrators" able to create Alerts on a case-by-case basis.
