No. of Queries

This is a count of every database query. The value is calculated by counting the button pushes that launch: a General Search, an Easy Search, Cited Reference Search, a Related Record, and a Times Cited, and a Cited Reference Lookup.

No. of Sessions

This is the total number of sessions launched during the day.

Average Length

This is the average length of a session in seconds for your institute. The session is timed from initial launch until logout or timeout. In the future we will be converting the time into and Hours: Minutes: Seconds format.

Contracted Maximum Users

This is the number of concurrent users that your institute has contracted for.

Max. Actual Concurrent Users

This is the peak number of users accessing the product during the day.

Total No. of Turnaways

This is the total number of users who received a busy signal during the day.
